We are seeking a motivated welder/ fabricator to help in construction of new farm equipment. Applicant must have ODL and ability to assist other team members in new construction projects, repairs and upgrades to existing fleet. We are looking for someone who can help with the problem solving process and construction of “one of a kind” projects, and offer constructive insight. Skills necessary: • Minimum 2 years of welding / fabricating experience with MIG and TIG • Be able to look at drawings and produce to exact dimensions. • Band Saw • Iron Worker • Drilling and Tapping • Painting and Material Prep • Machinist experience with Lathe/Vertical Mill is a plus • Tracking of projects, jobs and daily labor tasks/time on electronic software Experience with electrical systems and hydraulics a plus. Must be aware of and practice safety in the work place. Must be able to handle and carry objects up to 50 lbs. Valid and insurable driver’s license required. Full-time position, excellent benefits package, wages are DOE.
