Location: Portland, OR (97211) FT/PT Status: Full Time Hourly Rate: $17.00 Mary's Harvest Fresh Foods, Inc. is a locally owned, very successful regional produce manufacturer and is one of the largest independently owned produce companies in the Pacific Northwest. We have been growing exponentially and are looking for a strong team to help drive the company forward. Responsibilities: -Counts, sorts, and weighs incoming goods to verify receipt of items against shipping notice -Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received for conformity to purchase orders and specifications -Inputs stock items into computer and stores produce in the assigned location in or around warehouse -Ensures all picks (slot locations) are full and ready for each warehouse shift -Other duties as assigned Experience and Skill Requirements: -6 months experience with electric sit-down forklift and pallet jack -Ability to pick up, turn and lift 30-40 lbs. repeatedly -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays -Effective listening skills -Attention to detail -Effectively work as a team member and independently as needed -Positive, can-do attitude team player with a strong work ethic -Work in a refrigerated environment between 34 - 38 degrees *All job offers for this position with Mary's Harvest Fresh Foods, Inc. are contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen for controlled substances including THC.
