Location: Battle Ground, WA Pay: $15.00 to start Shift: Grave - 10:45pm to finish, Our dock workers work in a refrigerated warehouse, pushing and pulling metal racks full of milk. Fully loaded the racks weigh 880lbs. They load refrigerated trailers for our trucking department that deliver the milk to 38 surrounding stores. This is great position for someone that likes to stay active and doesn't mind the cold and wet. We don't specify an end time for the shifts because it is all based on production and orders. Winter tends to be our busier time of the year. Due to Covid-19 we require face masks/coverings, temperature check and health questionnaire at beginning of shift each day, social distance at all times possible, limited number of people on lunch at the same time. Cost per month (split between 2 checks): Employee only: $100.00 Employee +1: $348.02 Family: $726.06 The medical is through providence. Vacation Pay: 1 week @ 1 year 2 weeks @ 2 years 3 weeks @ 10 years 4 weeks @ 20 years Profit share, yearly. 2 Free Gallons of milk or juice EVERY week. What we don't offer: 401k/Retirement or paid holidays. We are a 24-7 company and work holidays.
