Industry: Banking & Finance Position: Broker Power Specialist - (Hiring Manager) Hours: 25 - 30 Per Week (Monday - Friday) Compensation: (Performance Based) - Base Pay + Bonuses + Commissions and Overrides Location: Nashua, NH Average Monthly Earnings: $3,800 to $5,600 - (NO CAP on your earning potential, performance based compensation) Seeking a motivated individual with experience interviewing, hiring, and training sales reps. We are a fast growing commercial finance company that specializes in equipment financing and leasing (www.jkeleasing.com) for businesses based in the United States and Canada. In addition to our leasing portfolio our network also has a finance company (www.jkefinancial.com) that provides alternative financing for essential based businesses seeking capital. We are opening a new location in Nashua, NH on the first of March and currently have immediate openings for all positions within the company ranging from entry level to management. WE NEED A HIRING MANAGER! This Broker Power Specialist Position (hiring manager) is part of business development and responsible for increasing “Broker Power” by vetting and hiring potential candidates for our lead generation, and finance manager positions. The Broker Power Specialist will also in part, manage and supervise hires during the first 45-day of their employment while working with upper management to produce profitable brokers for the companies. In addition to hiring the BPS (Broker Power Specialist) will also to some degree assist upper management with administration work pertaining to their departments. DUTIES: - Posting Job Ads On A Weekly Basis - Scheduling Interviews With Qualified Candidates - Interviewing & Scoring All Qualified Applicants - Orientation & Training - Field Counseling - Team Management - Administration Work - (Reports, Filing, Etc.) REQUIREMENTS: - 21+ Years Of Age - No Felonies - Fluent In English - (Bilingual Preferred) - Prior Experience Managing (or) Hiring Employees - Sales / Marketing Experience Preferred - Must Have Valid Drivers License & Daily Transportation - Able To Work Independently & With A Team - Organized - Well Spoken - Ability To Self Start & Problem Solve We do not discriminate and consider all qualified candidates based on merit and not accreditation.
