Technicians will be held to a high standard of service, Barranco has a commitment to success: to our customers, partners, and employees. Technicians will work with customers to install and service a variety of commercial food service equipment. Typical equipment includes fountain beverage equipment, ice machines, coolers, frozen carbonated and non-carbonated dispensers, hot beverage dispensers, combi-ovens etc. REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receive dispatched scheduled calls as assigned and ensure prompt response based on schedule Install variety of commercial food and beverage equipment Document all work performed and close out all activities upon completion. Accurately maintain tools and inventory on a service vehicle Clear communication is essential to be able to communicate to both customers and co-workers. Overnight Travel will be required to help attend jobs at customer locations. Do NOT apply if you can not travel. COMPETENCIES To perform this job successfully, the Technician must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Strong mechanical background General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
