SEEKING! Spirited, full-time kennel technician to join our Dog Wizard team! We are currently seeking an individual who is dependable, energetic, LOVES dogs and can work as part of a team as well as independently. Job duties include but are not limited to: • Provide each animal with food and water following approved feeding protocols • Wash food and water bowls and store appropriately • Supervising, feeding and picking up after the animals • Clean, sanitize and maintain kennel's and runs on daily basis • Follow proper safety measures and procedures when using chemicals and cleaning supplies • Inform Kennel Manager or shift supervisor of any health issues/concerns with animals • Ability to follow instructions related to direct animal care or client request; provide additional care to certain animals when needed • Wash, dry, and fold laundry • Assist with daily yard maintenance ensuring a pristine environment • Supervise dogs when in play yards, being present at all times • Read dogs body language to prevent accidents • Be ready to take action when needed • Be comfortable bathing dogs Skills: People Skills, Ability To Work Well Under Pressure, Time Management, Observation Skills, Enjoy being outdoors, Experience with dogs.
