Flooring guy needed

I am in need of a new flooring guy. I own a number of rental properties in Champaign and Urbana. I do not have nearly enough work to keep somebody busy full-time, but end up re-flooring 3 to 4 homes per year. I have one job now that I need done immediately, with two more homes to follow in the next month or so. Most homes are Pergo style laminate or glue down carpet.
