We are willing to train. The basic skills needed are: • Able to read a tape measure • Able to use basic carpentry tools • Physically able to climb a ladder, stand for most of the day and lift up to 75 pounds Great work environment with a large covered shop always out of the elements. Motivation and work ethic makes up for lack of skills. We will train all employees. COVID compliant work place.
