Requirements: 2 years of professional childcare experience 18 years or older A safe and reliable care Must be eligible to work in the united states Location: Boulder, CO Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: This sweet Boulder family will happily guarantee 40 hours/week, and are seeking childcare Monday-Friday from 8:00/9:00 a.m.- 4:00/5:00 p.m. For nannies who are willing, this couple would also love an occasional date night! About the Family: · Care will be for a 2.5-year-old little boy, who will be going to preschool in the fall. He’s a super happy, social guy who loves going to the park, riding his bike, doing crafts, and any kind of outdoor or engaging activity! His younger sister, who is just 6 weeks old now, will also be the nanny’s responsibility in early summer/June 2021. · Both parents are working from home full-time. Mom is on maternity leave and will be caring for the family’s newest addition to/through June, 2021. A nanny who is skilled with both infants and toddlers is a must. · Nannies must be comfortable with an indoor cat—the family has one friendly feline. About the Job: · All standard nanny manager duties including light meal prep, family laundry, light tidying up (main areas/kids’ rooms,) organizational projects, occasional errands, planning fun + educational activities in and outside of the home. · Minimal driving is required, primarily just related to the children’s care, and mileage reimbursement is being offered. · All standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of PTO, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered · Standard vaccinations required, including flu shot & T-Dap. The Ideal Candidate: for this position will have previous in-home full-time nanny experience, be able to make a multi-year commitment, have a clean driving record (1 or 2 tickets max,) and have an adventurous & active outlook! They would love an engaging nanny; one who can plan fun outings, schedule out each week with educational activities, arts/crafts, and discovering new parks. Also, a team player who can give mom + dad suggestions about a new toy, craft idea, etc— taking initiative and being an open communicator is key! Desired Start Date: March 15th, 2021 Rate of Pay (Gross): $19-$26/hr, based on experience
