Description

We are seeking a Project Manager - Construction to join our team! We install Decorative, Solar Control, and Safety Security Film to Commercial Buildings and to Residential Homes in Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. (Please note: this is not for the automotive film) This position will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: - Attend pre-construction meetings and regular onsite meetings as needed - Supervise projects during the construction phase in accordance with the design/plan, schedules, and budgets - Coordinate with contractors, architects, property managers, clients, and other stakeholders - Develop and maintain communication plans and schedules - Manage project files, budgets, and quality control - Review final inspections and punch list items with the installation team - Communicate with sales/estimators, installation team, management, and others as needed for seamless transitions from estimating to field installations - Prepare and review regular reports with team members - Track cost and expenditures at regular intervals for the duration of lengthy projects - Ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are met - Manage deadlines and deliverables of multiple customer projects - Communicate safety plan and required safety qualifications to onsite safety officer and admin team Qualifications: - Previous experience in construction management or other related fields - Familiarity with construction management software - PMP certification (preferred but not required) - Bachelor’s Degree - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required - MAC OS, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software(s), Blueprint/Plan reading Salary DOE - Starting at $60,000 Plus Bonuses Health Benefits (Health, Vision & Dental) offered at 80% company paid!
