Position:Technician Position:Technician ($20-$25 an hour) We appreciate your interest in joining the Swadley Team. Below is a description of the duties involved. Work Responsibilities: Show up to work on time every day and ready to work. Ability to safely safely climb a ladder and walk on a roof. Weld properly, wrap boots, fabricate details leaving behind no cold welds. Efficiently install metal or metal details and make cuts using snips, metals include: Standing Seam/ Metal roof systems, gutters, coping, downspouts, counter flashing, etc. Fasten/Adhere cover board and membrane, use screw gun efficiently. Ability to install clamps and adhere proper sealants in a neat fashion. Can properly flash curbs/walls without supervision. Install and align termination bar, install proper sealants in a neat fashion. Maintain a clean work area and pick up trash throughout the day and especially at the end of every work day. Follow crew leader’s instructions and work as a member of the team. Desire and motivation to grow as an individual as well as with the team. Position includes overtime pay, mileage, health insurance, and certain tools. 40-60 hours per week, Mon-Sat.
