KMG Prestige, Inc., a premier property management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Windsor Court and Lindsay Commons (Total of 239 Units). The apartment communities are under NEW ownership and a NEW Management Agent! Candidate must have prior maintenance and managerial experience. Candidate must be a strong, experienced manager with good organizational skills and time management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: completing work orders, grounds maintenance, preparing and turning vacant units, painting, caulking, HVAC, and completing maintenance on buildings as needed. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and HVAC Certification is preferred. Candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, and a team player with excellent customer service skills.
