KMG Prestige, Inc., a premier property management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Lindsay Commons and Windsor Court in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is preferred that the candidate has previous maintenance experience that includes grounds, plumbing, electrical, paint/drywall, appliance repairs, and carpentry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to completing work orders, grounds maintenance, preparing and turning vacant units, painting, caulking, HVAC, completing maintenance on buildings as needed and shoveling snow. Must have a valid driver's license and transportation and must use their own tools. Candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, and a team player with excellent customer service skills.
