**PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AD** Specific Instructions** Dog Day Care positions are with Happy Paws Pet Resort®-- A Premier Doggy Day and Overnight Resort. We are located 2 miles south of UCF. At this time we have several openings for part time (20 HOURS +/- per week) employees. We operate 7 days a week/365 days a year. Applicants must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays. The Pack Leader/Dog Day Care Attendant is expected to: • Ensure safety of the pack of dogs and the team. • Engages in healthy play with dogs in play yards. • Manage dogs in your care to proactively avoid any poor behavior or aggression. • Ensure a clean facility. • Responsible for cleaning up dog waste in play yards. • Make sure all dogs are monitored for any cuts, scrapes or other injuries while at play. • Engaging in healthy play with dogs from 5lb to 125lb. • Have ability to lift 50lbs. • Ensure daily duties get done in a timely manner. • Communicate effectively with peers and management. • Be a Dog enthusiast • Have passion and love for dogs and cats • Vet Tech Certification (a plus) Applicants may apply BY EMAIL ONLY - NO PHONE CALLS.
