We are in search of a part time maintenance person. This is perfect for a stay at home mom, retiree or anyone looking for extra cash and must be local.
Schedule: 1 hour of your time every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Storage Facility Responsibilities:
Maintain grounds by picking up all trash around the facility and blowing out the property.
Maintain the main office by sweeping, mopping floors, dusting the office and emptying out the trash can at the front door of the office once a week.
Weekly vacancy report review: Walk the property to confirm with our vacant unit list that all vacant units and
parking are still empty and that no one has moved into them.
Weekly rental report review: with the rental list confirm that all unit locks are secure.
Confirm that units that have been vacated are empty and cleaned out.
Monthly WD40 all unit locks to avoid rusting.
Check that all Feather Flags and Signs are in working order.
Interact with customers on site and address any of their concerns and make them feel welcomed.
Keep the Storage Manager informed of any repairs or tree maintenance that the facility needs.
Collecting all payments deposited into the drop box and informing Storage Manager of payments that have been made.
On a as needed basis add locks and change locks to storage units.
