Installation Leader: Plain City, Ohio We are looking for an Installation lead to work with our installation team. Silver Threads has been doing business as a commercial window covering company in Columbus, Ohio for 40+ years. Our installers work on a variety of projects, from large commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, multi-family residential complexes as well as individual residential projects. We manufacture quality roller shades & custom window treatments in our facility here in Plain City. Our installation crews install every kind of window covering including manual and motorized shades, horizontal blinds, shutters, cubicle curtains and draperies. Responsibilities Works as a liaison between Customers, Project Coordinators, and Installers to ensure the timely execution and accuracy of all projects Works closely with Jobsite Superintendents to track job progress and schedule our installation dates Provide leadership and training necessary for the installation crew to obtain their goal of completing quality project installations Updating the job details daily in the software used to track projects Scheduling of equipment necessary for projects Communicating with specified salesperson on all project details and resolving all issues related to installation Completing each project within the company budgeted labor hours allocated to each job Requirements; Knowledge of commercial construction management Knowledge of commercial construction a plus Computer proficiency a must Must have Valid Driver’s license Able to Multi-task and complete assignments in a fast-paced environment Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management Must be Organized, Responsible and Efficient Must have strong work ethic Experience with power tools and construction background required.
