My dog left 2 nights ago and hasn’t came back I have a feeling someone took her because it is unusual for her to leave and never come home. She has a blue collar with black paw prints very small and skinny. If you see her please contact me my mother is very heartbroken. This is around Oakbrook Apartments in Salem Oregon.
