Looking for an experienced and reliable warehouse employee for a reputable HVAC company!! Looking to hire immediately! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.  Keep all company tools in good working order.  Track the location of company tools at all times.  Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.  Verify accuracy of shipping & receiving materials against shipping & receiving documents.  Update warehouse inventory records on a daily basis.  Receive material lists from the field and send out for quotes.  Set up deliveries of material to jobsites using our Purchase Order system and approved vendors.  Safely load & unload construction materials, tools & equipment on forklifts, stake beds, trucks & other company vehicles.  Deliver material & tools to various jobsites and bring returned items back to the office.  Mobilize jobs, clean off jobs, return material to vendor for credit, and/or restock shelves with returned material.  Possess necessary tools of the trade and the knowledge to safely use them.  Assemble prefabricated items as assigned.  Complete & safely perform all other duties as assigned.  Regular attendance and timeliness.  Other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:  Basic familiarity with HVAC industry standards and codes.  Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.  Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  Be able to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:  Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.  1-2 years of prior warehouse experience preferred.  Must have a valid California driver’s license.  Must be approved by company’s insurance carrier as a driver.
