Fireplace Service Tech Needed ASAP

Our fireplace was working great until we had our house painted and the painters messed something up... Since they left the fire is burning unevenly and the fake log is turning black. We think they jostled the silica sand and logs perhaps plugging part of the burner and causing it to overheat? We need to hire an experienced fireplace service tech to 1. Clean out any debris. 2. Scrub the black off the log set/tray etc. 3. Check proper clearance for the burner(s) 4. Set log set back up with new lava rock base (we will supply rocks) 5. Test and troubleshoot any operational issues. We would like this work done on Saturday morning if possible.
