Compensation: Wages DOE employment type: part-time 20 hours/week Owner-builder seek part time general labor. Job Tasks · Clean and maintain worksite · Assist carpenters, paint · Handle and transport materials · Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks Controlling Machines and Processes · Experience in using power sander, preparing surfaces for painting Physical Requirements • Requires kneeling, crouching, stooping or crawling • Use of half-face and full-face respiratory equipment • Requires lifting 50 lbs without assistance Work Environment Work is performed inside residential and commercial properties which can subject workers to loud levels of noise, fumes, debris, tripping hazards and sharp metal edges. Personal protective equipment will be provided to staff, but personnel are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is properly used and for being aware of their surroundings.
