Help installing new starter for 1999 Range Rover

Hello - my car recently stopped running and I believe this is due to the starter failing. I purchased the part on Amazon and it just arrived. I'm looking for someone with experience to help install the new starter into my car and to help test it out. My car is located in the garage of my building, so this person will need to be mobile and able to bring the supplies they need themselves. I'm located near Jack London in Oakland.
