Looking for one or two folks to rent out a space at Light Rail Studios.
It's monthly rental for 15 x 13 x 9.5 studio.
Cost depends on gear footprint. But likely somewhere between $50-$150 per person.
This is great for guitarists, bassists, singers, that just want a quiet place to practice.
Even good for clarinetists, sax players, keyboard players, trumpet players, baritone players, etc.

The space has some gear everyone can use. Please be respectful of others' gear.

- Bass amp & cabinet
- PA, Mixer, Microphones
- Recording Setup (Audio Interfaces, Drum Mics, Cabinet Mics)
