The Technician will usually be required to perform a wide range of tasks. Tasks include: -Performing routine maintenance and cleaning around the building -Keeping the grounds visually appealing -Customer service, computer/phone use -Basic plumbing -Basic electrical wiring -Interact in a pleasant manner -Attention to detail -Background check, clean driving record and drug screen required Reply with resume and availability.
