There was a dog hit in the middle of the road on Tharpe Street near Silverleaf Apartments (Feb. 18, 7:20am.) I didn't hit it and I didn't get very close but it wasn't breathing. The dog had a bright green bandana or collar and it's a large pitbull or mix. Short hair, big head, coffee brown.
