26+ year old family owned company seeking motivated, independent working, Full Time day porter for shopping center in Charlotte. Must have valid driver's license. Duties include changing trash cans, keeping lot and grounds clean, keeping vacant units clean, cleaning mullions and under canopy areas, using hand and backpack blower, water meter readings and reports. Overall making sure center is in good shape. Meeting with property manager as needed and helping tenants as needed. Golf cart provided. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds. Pay is weekly. Hours 7 am - 3:30 pm M-F. We offer uniforms, paid vacation, bonuses and retirement plan for eligible crew members. Hard working and dependable individuals need only apply.
