En necesidad de obrero laboral* **EN LA FORMACIÓN DE TRABAJO DISPONIBLE** El candidato debe ser: • Bien organizado • Bueno con habilidades de gestión del tiempo • Capaz de autogestionarse • Llegue a tiempo • Realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar Este puesto tiene el potencial de cambiar, pero a continuación se detallan varias tareas de las que será responsable este puesto: • Demolición • Enmarcado y paneles de yeso • Mudding, Lijar y Pintar • Instalación de varios pisos de baldosas, alfombras y pisos de vinilo • Trabajo de molduras y carpintería detallada • Creación de listas de pendientes para reparaciones • Otras tareas según sea necesario Se Habla Español (Llamada/Texto) - 913-433-8310 The candidate must be: • Well organized • Good with time-management skills • Able to self-manage • Show up on time • Multitask and prioritize This position has the potential to change but below are several tasks that this position will be responsible for: • Demolition • Framing & Drywall • Mudding, Sanding, Painting • Installing various flooring from Tile, Carpet, and Vinyl Flooring • Trim Work & Detailed Carpentry • Creating punch lists for repairs • Other tasks as needed If you think you have what it takes to perform at a High level in a fast-paced construction environment, please email us or text your name and skill level.
