PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - NOTE: This is an outdoor covered facility Operate processing equipment including extruders and dryers as required Experience with forklifts a plus Perform material handler functions (trash, handling, recycling, and inventories duties) as required Perform quality checks as required and enters results into Process QA Perform equipment changeovers per schedule Participate in team meetings as required Other job duties as assigned Ensure we meet HACCP requirements in extrusion Maintain accurate traceability and bioterrorism records for bulk ingredients OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Regular attendance Must have good communication skills Must be able to work overtime when required Must be able to work well with others
