Looking for Skilled Maintenance, repair and Remodeling guys ASAP. We do General Maintenance, flooring, tile, painting, Make Readies and Remodeling. Looking for well rounded guys that can do any or all of the above. Must have a reliable working cell phone, with internet. LOOKING FOR VENDORS -THIS IS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR LABOR- 1099 WORK. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR EMPLOYEES. SEE BELOW Must be dependable Must have own reliable transportation. A TRUCK IS A PLUS. Must have own hand tools, drill. We provide all materials. We work with Management companies, Realitors, and Home Owners. We pay by the hour only not by the job. Full time or part time We pay every Friday. Time cuts off the Friday before. Must have good communication skills. Must be clean cut an neat in appearance. You will be representing our company. Please reply with your experience and skill set.
