We are currently seeking: Landscape Foreman The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, driven to succeed, and enjoys working outdoors. They are professional and someone who takes pride in their work. They will have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment where they are rewarded for performance and empowered to succeed. Job Duties will include landscape renovation, installation, and maintenance. Requirements: -Ability to operate Landscape equipment and tools -Extensive Plant knowledge -2 + years in the landscaping industry -Valid Chauffeur's license and DOT medical card (or ability to obtain) -Ability to manage and motivate crew members -Strong work ethic and attention to detail This position averages 45 hours a week during the growing season, winter work will be required. TLC offers full time, year round employment with benefits (PTO, health insurance, 401k w/ company match) to qualified candidates.
