The Falls Village Flower Farm, located in Falls Village, CT, is looking for crew members for its 2021 season and beyond. We are a busy perennial nursery looking for an experienced full-time gardener to staff our expanding garden service, as well as full-time nursery staff members to care for our growing stock of perennials.
Gardening candidates must have 3+ years of experience gardening, a valid driver’s license, and full-time availability. Tasks include maintaining several beautiful new and ongoing gardens in Litchfield County.
Nursery staff candidates must enjoy working outside as well as interfacing with customers. Tasks include but are not limited to pruning, propagation, watering, heavy lifting, customer service and sales. Nursery staff must be available weekends. Efficiency, integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic are critical.
Plant knowledge is a plus, but the right candidate with a desire to learn will be considered. Come get your hands in the soil, learn, grow, and explore a potential long-term career!
