Missing husky

My Husky went missing last night while I was at work, my son reported that he ran after a dear. My son chased him until he lost track of them around Challenger Middle School and Mountain View Elementary School where we live. He's very friendly dog but will be very shy around people he doesn't know. Always comes to me when I call him but I had no luck while driving around the neighborhood calling for him last night.
