This is a part-time opportunity, till you pass all the training needed. Afterwards, this opportunity can be a full-time or Independent Contractor position. You Must: • Have your own tools, ladder(s), generator, and legal transportation • Be able to submit and pass an Aspen Grove background check. • Have a valid driver’s license, with valid auto insurance. • Be able to use Pruvan and PPW apps (We will train). • Be able to utilize Email, Text Messaging, and Zoom Video Meeting. • Be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision. • Be willing to work at least 4 days a week, where work orders include lock changes, trash-outs, make-ready services, initial cleaning, board ups, exterior and interior property repairs, etc. Please email me with "IDB Property Preservation Application" in the subject title.
