Tree Clearing and Ground grading/leveling

Description

We are looking for bids for a pretty sizable tree and grading project. The goal is to clear the land so it can be used for parking. We will be responsible for applying for the tree removal permit and replanting trees as needed to comply with it. We would like proposals from licensed and insured providers to do the following: - Remove all Trees except for the oak tree as it is not on our property. - Ground and remove all stumps so they don't regrow (Australian pines) - bring in fill to level any holes - grade area to ensure flat and compacted overall.
