Seeking a highly motivated and qualified applicant to fill a labor intensive role in a locally based company that specializes in marine bottom paint removal. This is a position that is in an outdoor setting at boat yards and marinas, and will require hands on work, moderate to heavy lifting, and the ability to thrive in an environment that requires a heavy workload. Initially, the position will fulfill more of a laborer's role, but all while being specifically trained in all of our company processes and standards. The job progression would then lead to specific training in the wet/sand slurry blasting technique utilized for marine bottom paint removal. Serious applicants only, that can handle a demanding, but fulfilling job in a small, local company, that has been extremely successful and has built an impeccable reputation over the last ten plus years. A company that has proven itself a leader in the marine bottom paint removal industry. Must have reliable transportation, clean driver's license, and able to drive a work van and trailer if necessary. Based out of Palm City, FL Standard Hours: 6:30am-2:30pm (can exceed those hours based on workload) Primary Territory: North to Fort Pierce and South to Riviera Beach (can expand outwardly) Current Full Time Employees: 4
