The Government. Here is a perfect example. It is sad that the people of Texas, an southern states are suffering in the situation. Why, did the Government, or who they contracted use the cheapest, cut corners, assume ? Where did all the money go? It was busy beating a dead horse. I am not misguided,,, maybe mislead by our elected officials. There are some, and very few who do the J O B they were elected or, hired to do. And, here is your evidence of our Government at work, spending 10x the amount after the fact. Instead of taking care of the problem before, and misusing the funds. No conspiracy theorist, just the fact. It was not a matter if the weather would get cold, it was when. An the hired officials gambled knowing the worst case scenario. Bottom line, they got caught with their pants down. Yet, they will pat us all on the head and tell us it is all good, and they will take care of us. And when this is done and said, they will be looking for more of our money to fix their fuck up. OR, just print some more. There is widespread corruption and stealing of taxpayer money on a mass scale, this is NOT a reckless theory or false. Those of you who do your job, know who you are. And, are not implied in my rant. Thank you for your commitment to your job, and all that you can get done with one arm tied behind your back. I do not have to know anything, I open my eyes and see the truth around me, what "They" have done to this country.
