We service foreclosed homes around the I-95 and PSL areas but due to COVID and very high unemployment, we are consistently overwhelmed with all scoops of work and need to bring on more help ASAP. We are looking for long-term help completing home repair and landscaping work around the Port St Lucie, Vero, Ft Pierce, Palm Bay, I-95 and surrounding areas. Being we (either you or our processing team) can give our clients prices (as bids) for 99% of the work we find while on site, the more issues/work we find while on site the more work the clients give back to us to complete. This is a full time position (can start part time if needed) and is very deadline driven, all work will have due dates making great communication a requirement. Volume of work will depend on service area size, stocking the commonly used locks/able to winterize a home, and you are communicating with us concerning any delays you have to prevent work from going late. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Qualifications: Previous experience in property maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle the physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Requirements: State Issued ID Legally able to work in the U.S. 300k general lability insurance (should be no more than $35-$40 a month) For full time work be able to cover 50 Mile Radius Have the needed equipment to compete light landscaping, handyman, and home repair work Stock 3 Hud Coded Knob/Deadbolt locks ($5 each online), A389 Padlocks ($4 each online), and be able to complete a basic Winterization COVID-19 considerations: This is a Zero-Contact position. You will be working by yourself (or with your crew).
