Quiet cat needs home

I got a furry tubby buddy that needs a home. He is very passive and quiet. Rarely meows only when need something or lonley Doesn't jump up on table or things. Doesn't mess things up. He just follows you around and plops at your feet like a furry meatloaf. Lies around somewhere waiting for you. That'll be when he warms up. He probably hide under a bed a or couch for a few days at first. He'd do best alone in a calm home. He gets bullied by neighborhood cats and never fights back. Other cats don't seem to take to him. He goes out but never will venture far. He is a defiantely a scardy cat. Litter trained with occasion scratching of a couch if your not on top of it but really much less than most cats I'd ever seen. Healthy guy and very low aggressiveness. Never hisses or scratches. I can't take care of him anymore and really would like to avoid taking him to the humane society. Really want to find him a calm home. I will drive him and deliver him to your location. He comes with cat food, treats(he loves treats), cat nip, carrier, litter, litter box, some toys, and miscellaneous grooming tools. Please tell me your experience with cats and the enviorment he will be in. I will send pics and more info if I know he is going to proper home.
