20 gallon fish tank + ALL accessories

Established 20 gallon tank for sale for best offer. I am moving into a new apartment that does not allow it. My cats and I love it, but I can't justify keeping it. It has a mix of eco complete and seachem substrate for the plants. It's mostly java fern, but also a few others that I don't remember the names of. All the plants are growing really well. I have some accessories in there, a terra cotta planter, a fake shell to house crushed coral, and a bubbler ring. Has a Nat Geo brand heater and thermometer. Filter is HOB aquaclear filter rated for 50 gallon tanks. I use purigen, sponge, biomax and I also had a bag of crushed coral. (Bad water where I live.) Light is nicrew LED. Comes with a full testing kit, a few different seachem products including water conditioner, plant nutrients, gravel vac, net, etc. Fish that are currently in the tank are: 6 harlequin rasboras, 1 green cory (would prefer to have friends, but I just haven't wanted to get more, if someone out there has green corys and wants this one let me know), and 1 bristlenose pleco. The tank was much more manageable when it was harlequin rasboras and a betta fish, but people kept dumping fish on me. Basically, literally everything you need for fish keeping. Comes as is, I've just cleaned it out but I have not done massive maintenance with the plants lately. Would benefit from having them trimmed up and split up as they're pretty big plants. The tank has to sit where it gets some light, so it does have rather wild plant and algae growth. Algae will be completely manageable if removed from sunlight. I've spent many of hundreds on the setup over the years, obviously don't expect to make it all back, but be fair in your offers! You must pick up, I can get it prepared before you'd come by, but I don't want to drive it anywhere.
