J&V Restaurant Supply is seeking a dedicated team member to head up our repair and shop work. This position will start at part time, but will work into full time after 90 day period. We sell new and used equipment, and this person will need to be able to repair and refurbish this equipment. Duties will include but not be limited to *Calibrations on new equipment *Light Bench work in shop *field calls and order parts Requirements include • Good understanding of gas and electrical commercial appliances, be able to diagnosis electrical and gas systems on all forms of restaurant equipment, microwave repair a plus but not mandatory. • Competent computer skills to be able to manage parts, used equipment, purchase orders and invoicing • The ability to work well with others, communicate with customers, fellow J&V team members as well as service agents and manufacturers for a common end goal. • We will require a good driving record and have the ability to lift 70 pounds.
