HANDYMAN RESPONSIBILITIES Installation of bathroom vanities, including all associated plumbing Installation of medicine cabinets, kitchen cabinets Installation of doors, smoke alarms, door bells, door handles and locks Installation of Kitchen appliances such as gas stoves, fridges, Replace broken or discolored tiling in bathrooms floor tile installation drywall installation Caulking and grouting in kitchens and bathrooms Installation of window screen and shades units including motor replacements, air filter swaps, grille changes, and condenser cleanings Perform maintenance and light repairs Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs electrical and safety systems Checking boiler and hot water heaters for leaks and reporting to management Maintaining social areas or amenities as needed Assuring walkways are clear and/or salted during inclement weather Maintaining a log keeping and visible inspection of all operating equipment, including; chiller, cooling tower, water heaters, pumps and fan coil units Inspecting rooftop exhaust fans, cooling tower, domestic water drives Maintaining daily records of work performed Emergency call any time Requirements: - Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday -Proven experience as handyman -Good communication ability -Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing -Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment -MUST be legal to work in the United States -Must have a smart phone for call and project -3 years experience Minimum -Ability to communicate well with property management and maintenance staff preferably English and Spanish
