Please forward resume via email to [email protected] or give us a call at 781-789-6824 to discuss the position Website: www.cjmccarthyinc.com Instagram: cj_mccarthyinc Ideal candidate will have the following characteristics: Strong leader, good teacher, ability to manage several employees, social skills to interact with the customer, career focused in the landscape industry, Knowledge of proper excavation, drainage, compaction and installation of patios and walkways using different types of material (pavers, bricks, natural stone), retaining and natural fieldstone walls, veneer, steps, natural and gas firepits (not all required) Experience operating skid steer and mini excavators (hoisting license preferred can be attained through company), medium duty dump tracks and trailers, operating various tools and equipment, to include compactors, saws, levels. Financial understanding of a budget. Ability to put together an operating plan. Able to delegate responsibilities based on crew’s skillset in order to meet a deadline.
