Easton Pool & Spa is a leader in the construction, installation and service of in-ground swimming pools. As a leader in the market, we have continued to grow and are needing to add to our team. The lead service technician role is seasonal with an ideal job start in early April and job end in November. This position would be working in our service department as a key contributor to 3000+ service calls. Service calls equate to pool openings, pools closings, pump repairs, plumbing, leaks, etc. You will also be responsible for providing top notch customer service to our customers as well as be a leader of your team. The candidate should have the following qualifications: • Mechanically inclined a must (Experience serving in ground swimming pools a plus) • Ability to work well in a team environment • Valid drivers license • Physical requirements of bending, carrying, climbing, driving, lifting, pushing- pulling • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Strong customer service skills • Self motivated and good attitude • Proven problem solving skills Job Type: Full-time Seasonal Hourly ***No phone calls please****
