Indian Creek Country Club is a Platinum Level Club located on a private island in the Miami Beach area. The Club’s golf course is a William S. Flynn design, and hosts over 13,500 rounds annually. The Club is currently seeking Maintenance Technicians. The maintenance technicians will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the Clubhouse. If you are a hardworking individual with a positive attitude, this opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience. Job Responsibilities will include: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the Clubhouse including the AC units. Responsibilities will include: • Coordinates and repairs the lighting, heating, ventilating and various maintenance activities. • Handles maintaining and repairing power tools, machinery, motors and Club equipment. • Performs preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators and air conditioners. • Installs and replaces dry wall, tile, grout and wall patches Qualifications: · Must know how to use commercial and maintenance tools · Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions. · Must be able to follow oral and written directions in English. Candidates will need to pass a background check and drug test.
