Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining cleanliness (mopping, dusting, vacuuming/sweeping) of the following areas: Lobby, Offices, Main Room, Employee work areas including kitchen/break-room, Hallways on all floors, Elevators, Pool Deck/Pool Bathrooms, Storage areas, Laundry rooms, Bathrooms, Gym, Small trash chute rooms, Social rooms including library, social, card room and kitchen, Maintenance Breezeway, Work rooms, Stairways and landings, Windows/Mirrors; Lobby, Pool Deck area and common areas and mirrors in the hallways.
Additionally:
Restocking of paper products and chemicals
Inventory of janitorial supplies
Emptying trash bins from receptacles
Picking up debris around the property to include interior and exterior of building including parking areas
Maintenance Responsibilities:
Pick up work orders from assigned bin
Empty recycling bins when full and dumpsters
Inventory and restocking of maintenance supplies
Change out air filters, ceiling tiles and ac line insulation wraps
Light plumbing, carpentry and drywall
Changing out fixtures and light-bulbs and fixtures
Cleaning and maintaining tools, bins, and dumpsters.
