Description
Looking for a reliable person to maintain all exterior common areas.
Duties include:
Pressure cleaning, brushing debris from walls, ceilings, and all outdoor surfaces, replacing light bulbs, painting, helping with the landscape and irrigation system and other maintenance duties. Experience is required. The ideal candidate must be attention to detail person. Must pass a background check. Full or part time position.
