Openings for Window Installer/Service Tech to Handle Service Calls- A qualified candidate must have Window & Door Installation experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establish rapport with customers and provide excellent Customer Service. • Handle Service Calls for Windows and Doors. • Coordinating with building inspectors. • Meet with Inspectors and complete Finish Work. • Window and door repair in residential and commercial properties. • Contacting customers to schedule service appointments. • Diagnosing window and door issues including leaks & identifying parts and material needed for repair. • Collecting payment from customer. Qualifications: • Communication skills • Time management skills • Experience working in direct contact with customers on service-related jobs • Ability to understand and fill out service-related documents. • Able to multi-task and organize workload. • Must be able to reglaze glass. • Must be able to trouble shoot store front windows. • Must be able to work on ladders and occasionally lift and/or move 75+ lbs. • Must be able to adjust multi-point locks. • Installation of windows and door screens felt pads, stops, and keepers. • Installation of balance rods. • Installation of snap covers for fixed windows as well as door jambs. • Installation of closers. • Installation of Sliding glass door rollers. Valid driver's license and own tools are required. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working in the construction industry. Please email resumes.
