Available Hours Per Week: 40-50 Hours Per Week Hours/Days: (8am-6pm (Mon-Thur) 8am-1pm (Fridays) Weekends Available Number of People Needed: 2 Minimum Requirements: Education: High School Diploma/HSED Professional Licenses/Certifications: Encouraged/Pay rate Adjustment Experience/Qualifications: The following are minimum requirements: * Framing, or carpentry labor experience or training. * Proven track record. * Ability to maximize opportunities and achieve and exceed personal goals. * Extremely self-motivated. * Strong leadership ability. * Hard working. * Competitive. * Strong customer service ability. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to multi-task. * Background and/or interest in the Construction Industry. Duties and Responsibilities of the Job: Driven to be a leader and have a passion for building things from the ground up. Tasked to understand general construction knowledge in deck and dock construction. Must be able to commute to site locations.
