I am a property owner with multiple properties and looking to hire someone reliable and long term to maintain our properties. I have a property I am looking to completely rehab and then renting it out. I am looking for a general contractor or workers who can handle a medium to large project. It will be likely be one full month's of work. Pay rate is $15 per hour As I am out of town the person must be able to accept Zelle or Paypal. The person should have previous experience and references. Ideally be licensed or have run a business and have experience with permits if necessary. Text / email pictures of your work and business card for fastest response. It is required to take before and after photos. Payment will be send immediately upon each task job completion. Some of the work details include: 1. Remove boarded up windows and replace any broken glass as necessary 2. Remove boarded up doors and repair / replace with new locks 3. Add security doors to front and back 4. Reshingle any leaking areas of the roof. Repair any soffits and fascia as necessary. 5. Repair some rotten areas of rear porch 6. There are two storage units in back. Replace locks and secure doors with screws every 2' until ready to rent. 7. Pulling permit and reconnect electrical service to the home 8. General cleanup and painting of the home 9. Powerwash the house and storage unit structures
