We are looking for a Crew Leader to join our team! Full time position plus benefits! *Driver License is required. The Fine Gardening Team Leader must be thoroughly familiar with and able to perform all aspects of fine gardening to include: hand pruning, detail mowing, detail edging, some mechanical pruning. The Fine Gardening Team Leader directly oversees one or two Fine Gardening laborers. The Fine Gardening Team Leader must keep the Fine Gardening Client Service Manager appraised of progress (or lack thereof) of all accounts while coordinating with Team members. Requirements: ● Minimum of two years of experience in landscape maintenance or fine gardening. ● Able to supervise one or two fine gardening team members. ● Able to effectively oversee the training of one or two fine gardening team members. ● Physically able to handle the work load of a Fine Gardening Team members. ● Bilingual (English and Spanish) ● Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
