San Francisco based plumbing business is looking for an experienced plumbing tech to join their residential and commercial service team DUTIES: -Perform all of the standard service plumbing work including repair and install plumbing fixtures, water heater repair and installation and snake and video drain -Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly -Water heater repairs & installations. Clogged drains (must know how to use all cable machines), pipe repairs, garbage disposals, toilet replacement & repairs, sink repair & replacement, crawl space & under home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs -Water and sewer line repairs -Replace shower cartridges -Cover driving area of San Francisco and East Bay MUST HAVES: -Skilled in performing plumbing installations, maintenance and repairs in both residential and commercial settings -Knowledgeable in all areas of California plumbing codes -Excel in analyzing and solving problems with various plumbing systems -3+ years of experience -Vehicle requirements: Company car will be provided JOB DETAILS: -Rate : $36 to $45 p/h -Typical work week from 8 am - 4:30 pm -This is a long term position -Mileage expenses covered References & background checks will be required.
